Rugby Goal Setting

Effective goal setting can help  you identify what you have to do to be where you want to be.  Take a moment to consider what your short term, medium term and long term goals with regards to playing rugby.

The process to setting goals is relatively simple and I will include a sample goal setting sheet for you to use should you wish.

  1. Set a range of short-term, medium term and longer term goals.
  2. As you move forward, adjust your goals if required, you didn’t write them in stone.
  3. Focus on your own improvement based on the goals, not compared to someone else.
  4. Commit to working towards your goals and revisit your list often.
